TEMPTU in the Spotlight
Temptu's versatile makeup lines have become pro industry favorites. Our long history of collaboration with the top

makeup artists in the entertainment and fashion worlds has resulted in Temptu products being featured in Hollywood film and television productions, the hit shows of Broadway and the pages of the top fashion magazines.

1990-1991
Temptu's ink transfer system becomes the gold standard in Temporary Body Art, appearing on Jonny Depp in the john waters classic Cry-Baby, Robert Deniro in Martin Scorese's Goodfellas, and Veronica Webb in Jungle Fever.
1991
Robert Deniro teams up with Temptu to design his tattoos for his turn as iconic tattooed villain Max Cady in Cape Fear.
1994
Temptu is used to create the elaborate face and body Maori tattoos in Once Were Warriors.
1995
Temptu works closely with Sean Penn to design his tattoos for his academy-award winning film Dead Man Walking.
1997
Temptu is featured on the runways of Givenchy, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Anna Sui and John Galliano.
 
1998
Temptu artists create a full-body masterpiece for absolut Vodka's :Absolut Restraint" advertising campaign.

1999-2007

Temptu embarks on a series-long relationship with the ground-breaking HBO show The Sopranos.

2000

Temptu's Dura makeup is used on Rebecca Romijn to create her full-bodied blue look as Mystique in X-Men, and then in X-Men 2 (2003) and X-Men: The Last Stand (2006).

2001

Kevyn Aucoin creates Jennifer Lopez's dazzling look for her "Waiting for Tonight" video with the help of Temptu Pro and Body Jewels.

2003

Key Makeup Artist Bernadette Mazur uses Temptu S/B to create "the porcelain look" on stars Nicole Kidman and her fellow wives in The Stepford Wives.

 

2004

Diesel Style Lab's spring runway show shines a light on temporary tattoos incorporated into facial makeup.

2004

Makeup Artists Donyale McRae and Ralph Siciliano use Temptu to airbrush the models' makeup backstage on Bravo's Project Runway (seasons 2 and 3).

2005

Temptu S/B is used to create the Albino look on Paul Bettany's character in The Da Vinci Code.
