Shipping Procedures:
Orders placed online may take up to 2 -3 business days to process and ship unless otherwise indicated.

Orders placed over the weekend are received on Monday and may take up to 2 business days from that day to process and ship.  All expedited orders are shipped via FedEx.  All ground delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground.  Packages will not be left without a signature unless it is indicated by the customer.  If orders are sent with ‘No Signature Required’, Temptu cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced packages.

 

Hazmat Regulations:

All alcohol based products packaged in 4oz. bottles or larger are considered Hazardous Materials and must be packaged accordingly.  This shipping method will incur a $60 flat rate fee over FedEx shipping charges. 

We can ship up to 30 1oz. bottles without incurring HazMat fees. 

 

Payment Methods:

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

 

Sales Tax:
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California and New York. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.

 

Return Policy:

Orders may be returned within 15 days of purchasing for product exchange or refund with receipt.  We regret that we cannot accept product that has been opened or used.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Repairs:

Equipment that is purchased from us can be sent in for repairs when.  There is a $25 repair fee along with the cost of all new parts that are used.  To send any equipment in to be repaired, you must call 212.675.4000 and receive an RA# that must be indicated on your package.  All repairs should then be returned to:
