After graduating from Manhattan’s renowned School Of The Visual Arts with a degree in painting and illustration, Jenai Chin found herself translating her skills to skin. A makeup artist and body-art expert for 12 years, she has been using TEMPTU Pro products for most of her career.

- For me, makeup is living, breathing art that can transform anyone into anything. The creative possibilities are endless. Creating art that’s temporary makes the moment and emotions that are attached to it more special.

- Tattoos. Fashion. Fine art. 1950s pin-up girls.
- WHAT’S YOUR IDEA OF BEAUTY?
- Risk-taking and individuality. To me, someone is beautiful if they have the ability to shift from classic to edgy and pull it off flawlessly.
- WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE FEATURE ON A FACE?
- Eyes. A little highlighter around the eye area really makes the eyes stand out and pop.
- WHAT ARE YOUR PERSONAL FAVORITE MAKEUP TIPS?
- Love yourself! Makeup is supposed to enhance your beauty -- not cover it up. Don’t be afraid to take risks and express yourself.
- WHAT’S YOUR ADVICE TO WOMEN NEW TO AIRBRUSHING?
- Successful airbrushing comes from both great product and great application. That said, it’s really easy to learn the basics, so don’t be afraid or think you can’t do it. You can! Then continue to experiment. The things you can do with airbrushing are endless!
